What is this called similar to a panic attack?

As I read this, I’d say it’s a severe bout of depression. I do hope you’ve told someone about this as I’m particularly concerned you have what sounds like suicidal thoughts. Depression can cause people to have all sorts of physical reactions from backaches to headaches. I also believe there is a significant amount of anxiety you are experiencing. If you don’t have a psychiatrist you are currently seeing about this problem, please talk to your parent(s),a teacher, your school counselor, or any trusted adult so you can get some help.
