		<description>This sounds similar to what I had. I have been suffering from panic attacks for many years and could not figure out what was causing it. I think you should see a doctor to establish what causes your panic attacks. When it comes to coping with a panic attack, the best method for me was to control my breathing in order to stop hyperventilation. This can be done by simply breathing through your nose.

There is a new amazing technique to stop panic attacks that worked a treat for me. You can have a look here  it especially helped me cope with long flights as I am terrified of flying. Good luck and I hope you get better soon.</description>
